Yamaha Fuel Tank Leak Testing
Differential pressure control feature enables jig-less fuel tank leak detection.
Leak tester for automotive gasoline tanks:
After a gasoline tank has been injected with a gas containing helium up to a specified pressure, the Helium leak tester uses mass spectrometry to measure leakage into the chamber and then determines whether that leakage is under or above a leakage threshold.
Warp Prevention Feature for Thin Tanks:
The differential pressure control feature prevents warping of the gasoline tank in the vacuum chamber.
A variety of fail safe features:
Fail safe features protect the inspection circuit if extreme tank leakage occurs.
